“Ellipse Unsealed: A D365 Podcast” Continues with D365 Tech Connect!
If you haven’t heard, Ellipse Solutions released a new podcast entitled “Ellipse Unsealed: A D365 Podcast” hosted by Bobby Small and Savanna Manger. They began by discussing topics centered around Community Summit NA and their very own two-day immersive learning event, Dynamics 365 Tech Connect!
This event was held in Dayton, Ohio with two days of learning sessions delivered by knowledgeable technical speakers from Ellipse Solutions and Microsoft. The event was supported by several great ISV partners that showcased their Microsoft Dynamics 365 product solutions. We’ve compiled all the newest episodes here in this blog post to bring everyone up to speed and keep the podcast hype train rolling as we move on to other exciting topics in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 space!
Summit Re-Cap
In our first episode back from the craziness of Community Summit NA 2023 in Charlotte, North Carolina, we welcomed our very own Trevor Ruwitch on the pod and talked about what we thought went well at Summit along with thoughts on improvement for next year, because hey – there’s ALWAYS room for improvement! Overall, we thought it was among one of the best Summit’s to date and we are already brainstorming ideas for next year’s booth (Visit us at both 917 in San Antonio, TX!) We also dipped our toes into a little bit of what goes on behind the scenes of planning Tech Connect!
Tech Connect Origins
In this episode we sat down with Dayton history guru and one of Ellipse Solutions founders, Mikhail Roytman. Mikhail is the man (the myth, the legend) behind D365 Tech Connect and he shares with us why he originally thought of this event and the evolution of it over the years. Once an event originally put on for only Ellipse Solutions employees, it has exponentially grown after it became available to other members of the Microsoft Community to attend.

Ian is one of three speakers that joined us from Microsoft this year, with the other two being Rachel Profitt and Dileep Singh. In this episode we chatted it up about what our favorite part about live events are, rollercoasters, and all about Ian’s exciting topic during his session – trust us, it’s one you won’t want to miss!
