Community Summit NA 2025: Where the Magic Happens

This October, a few thousand giddy folks are heading to Orlando, not to the castle, not to the jungle cruise, and not even to ride Space Mountain. Nope. These excited software enthusiasts from around the world are convening at the Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center for five full days of D365 adventures at Community Summit NA 2025!

With 500+ educational sessions covering Finance and Operations (FO), Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform (PP), Business Central (BC), and Great Plains (GP), plus networking opportunities that rival the energy of Main Street during the parade, you’ll find Summit NA 2025 is truly “the most magical conference on Earth.”

As we prepare to load up the Ellipse Family Truckster and hit the road to Florida, we’ve pulled together some tips, tricks, and fun facts to help you, our fellow adventurers, get the most out of your Summit experience.

Saddle Up and Be Prepared!

If you want to ride the conference high from rope drop to fireworks finale, you’ll need a solid plan!

First things first, this event is massive (bigger than the turkey legs at Magic Kingdom), so start by registering on the Summit NA website and creating a full profile. Don’t skimp on the details, add a picture, set your networking preferences, and let people know your intentions. Think of it like Genie+, but for business connections.

Once your profile is complete, explore the agenda. When you spot sessions that make your ears perk up like Dumbo, click that yellow plus sign! Using the My Planner tool (found under your profile icon), you can:

  • Compare sessions
  • Add notes
  • Choose vendors to visit
  • Finalize your master plan
  • Export everything to Outlook

Pro tip: Spend your first night reviewing your calendar, because once this week starts, it’ll be gone before you know it!

And don’t forget the survival kit: comfy shoes (you’ll walk as much as EPCOT), water, pain relief, and business cards. Need Chapstick, mints, or even a snack? The expo hall has it all. Oh, and if you want a chance at a sweet prize, make your way to Ellipse Solutions’ booth #1700 to play Plinko!

Community Summit isn’t just about the sessions, it’s about the people. You’ll kick things off October 20th with the opening reception (6–8 PM) right on the expo hall floor.

But the real “Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride” happens at the D365 Tiki Takeover, hosted by Ellipse Solutions, Sana Commerce, Vertex, TheTestmart, and TrueCommerce. This event at Sun on the Beach will transport you from the Gaylord to a tropical paradise.

The party is totally free, just bring good vibes! But remember to register early, because spots fill up fast (remember our party last year? It was lined up around the block!) And yes, a Hawaiian shirt ABSOLUTELY belongs on your packing list.
