In Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, there is tool that links all of your business processes to maps and task recordings. The tasks recordings are enhanced by making them playable to users while they are in D365. Have a stuck user? They can select the process and the system will take them step-by-step, using icons and personalized messages, to complete their task. It’s like having a hands-on trainer with you all the time!
