Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
Learn all the areas in AX2012/D365, where workflows are available for implementation. Your coach will then show you how to create a workflow from scratch using hierarchies, details of employee records, details of journals, if/then statements and more! You’ll then learn how to save and activate your workflow. Finally, you will see workflows in action – how you can see the stage your workflow is in, who has provided approvals or denials and how to reset the workflow. Using workflows add efficiencies to business processes and it’s a great out-of-the-box tool to use!
