To get straight to the point, Microsoft Dynamics 365 delivers an average of $16.97 for every dollar spent, according to a report by Nucleus Research. For current Dynamics AX/365 customers this stat shouldn’t be altogether shocking. Even before Dynamics 365 was officially launched in 2016, the pieces were coming together behind the scenes. Fast forward to the present and not only have ERP and CRM come together in the cloud; the entire ecosystem of Microsoft solutions is becoming increasingly seamless every day.
The Nucleus Research team found value in several aspects of Dynamics 365. In particular the integration abilities touched on above, within and outside of other Microsoft solutions are a major driver. Friendly user interface, enablement of new business lines, and the cost savings of the cloud are cited as well. Check out the full report for more on the value drivers and customer case studies!
