Ellipse Solutions Recognized for Inbound Marketing Excellence for Second Consecutive Year

Ellipse Solutions has been recognized for the second year in a row by Fifty Five and Five for inbound marketing excellence as a Microsoft Partner. The annual report takes into account three distinct elements of a company’s inbound presence: blog, website, and social.

In the 2016 report by Fifty Five and Five, Ellipse Solutions was not only ranked 39th among Microsoft partners overall, but also ranked as the number one Dynamics AX/365 for Finance and Operations partner. Fifty Five and Five has also recognized Ellipse Solutions in their 2017 report.


Our blog has become somewhat of a go-to in the Dynamics AX/365 for Finance and Operations world in recent years. Actively adding new content each week in the form of technical reviews, how-to’s, and general Dynamics 365 news; we are able to attract a variety of visitors in the Dynamics community. As part of Microsoft’s industry focused - partner powered strategy, we also offer weekly posts catered specifically to Plastics Manufacturing and Field Operations.


Recently, we made some big changes to our website. While you may have caught some of the aesthetic changes, many were much-needed behind-the-scenes moves involving constant content updates and Search Engine Optimization. To achieve these goals, we actually launched a brand new site. Again, visual changes were made quietly, so don’t feel bad if you are a frequent visitor and didn’t catch them!


Maintaining a social media presence is as important as ever. Since most everyone is aware of that, it is increasingly difficult to stand out. Quality content is paramount (see above), but even with a fantastic walkthrough of a relevant topic, there is no guarantee the post will take off. For Twitter, we post regularly with new topics, topics that might have been missed, and events taking place in real-time (like Microsoft Inspire this week) to keep a healthy mix on our feed. Sometimes a well-placed gif, the right hashtags, and a little bit of humor can catch someone’s eye long enough for them to give it a chance. To find the right audience for our content, we not only post to the Ellipse Solutions LinkedIn page, but also in relevant groups.
